Te Tiriti o Waitangi

Talofa welcome back to my blog. Today I ma going to be telling you about Te Tiriti o Waitangi

The moari population was 70 or 8000 thousand in the late 1830's. The two reasons why the population because the disease and the war that they had with British.The name of the main settlement in Aotearoa was Russell but in maori it is Koroareke.The Rangatire and the missionaries were not happy was because there were fight and they were being abused. The Te Tiriti o waitangi was in wellington while buried under dirt with water and rats and papers. Hono Heke was really mad so he cut down there flag 3 times then he also burnt there village down.They had wooden walls made a big pit so the people would be safe and bunk beds too. They also did trenches logs and screens.
