Talofa welcome back to my blog. Today I am going to be telling you what i did in cooking class.
On Wednesday and Thursday we have cooking. On Wednesday and Thursday we made chocolate chip cookies. On Wednesday we made the dough for the cookies.On Thursday we put them in the oven and we tasted the cookies after. The cookies smelt like buttery cookies. The texture was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The taste was amazingly awesome with the chocolate chips it made the whole cookie taste delicious.We had eight each because we only had 3 at our table.
Here is the ingrediants and recipe
1/4 c sugar(50g)
6t or 100g margarine or butter
2t condence milk
1t baking powder
1c flour
1t essence
1/4c of in-conclusion
Method
Preheat oven 180 degrees/c fan bake
cream butter (room temperature) and add sugar in large bowl
To the creamed mixture add the condensed milk and beat with wooden spoon. Add essence.
sift the flour and the baking powder. Add the mixture Mix
Add your inconclusion to the dough Mix gently
use a teaspoon to scoop out dough
roll into balls using your palms of your hand
place on baking tray. press down with a fork.
bake 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes
