Duffy Theater

Yesterday we had a Duffy theatre group come to Hornby Primary School, first they introduced us to what character they were going to be in the theatre. After  they told us what they were going to be we sang the Duffy song with sign language. Some of us didn't know the actions but we could still learn the song. Then they started the theatre and it started off funny. Then it turned really weird. Some of the year 1s were laughing and screaming out so loud trying to give them a clue. When they were screaming my ears started to hurt because they were screaming really loudly. When they finished we had a few questions to ask them, and we got to take a big photo with all of the kids.

Hope you like my blog post

Here are some photos from the Duffy theatre

  1. Hello Nevaeh.I really enjoy watching Duffy Theatre. It must take a lot of time and commitment to learn your character's role. They would have to show a lot of perseverance. I used to love singing the song.I will need to learn how to do it in sign language. What did you enjoy most about the show?
